What data we process

• Data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, company, email, phone, type of environment, space to protect and the content of your message.
• Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, and date and time of the visit. These are logged by the servers that host the site and the services loaded on it.
• Cookie data, depending on what you accepted in the cookie notice. Details below.

We don't need special categories of personal data. Please don't include them in your message.

What we use it for and on what legal basis

• Responding to your request and, if you ask, preparing a proposal or a demonstration. Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
• Managing the business relationship if you become a customer. Legal basis: performance of the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Keeping the site secure and running, using technical browsing data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Measuring and improving the site through non-essential cookies, only if you accept them. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

We won't send you marketing communications unless you expressly ask us to. We don't make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.

How long we keep it

We keep the data from your request for as long as we need to handle it. If it becomes a business relationship, we keep it for as long as that lasts and then for the periods required by law to address any possible liabilities. Technical browsing data is kept for the periods set by the hosting providers, and cookie data for the period stated for each cookie in the cookie declaration.

Who we share it with

We don't share your data with third parties unless legally required. To run the site we use providers that only process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Website hosting: Vercel Inc.
• Cookie consent management: Usercentrics A/S (Cookiebot).
• Website fonts: Google Fonts (Google LLC), which receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Delivery of contact form messages: Resend, Inc.
• Email service where we receive your messages: Microsoft 365 (Microsoft).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in the United States. In those cases, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent without affecting prior processing. Email us at info@kirion.com with the subject line "Data protection" and tell us which right you want to exercise.

If you believe we haven't handled your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that the site stores in your browser. We use the ones the site needs to work and, only if you accept them, others to measure its use. When you visit the site we show you a notice so you can choose, and you can change your choice at any time.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Even so, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Minors

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and know that a minor has given us personal data, write to us and we'll delete it.
